You can add a RITA
keyboard to any Autoplus
workstation or server with a PS/2 or USB port. It does not affect
the operation of the normal keyboard. It removes the need to have
the main keyboard and mouse in the presenter's way all the time!
The compact RITA1 measures just 100mm (w) by 210mm deep. The panel is angled like a normal keyboard with the back raised to a maximum height of 36mm (excluding the non-slip feet). Therefore it will fit easily into a mixer script tray and is nicely weighted so that it doesn't move around unless you want it to. RITA2 offers a greater range of functionality including twenty Quick Button keys, the Pause keys present in Autoplus 3.7, Clear Queue key, a programmable key AND an integral mouse pad and buttons. The RITA is manufactured using very high quality TIPRO components by the same company that manufacture keyboards for Avid amongst others in the broadcast industry.

The RITA keyboard is very robust and designed to be reliable despite continuous use. It naturally comes with a full one year RTB warranty. The keys are very quiet in operation with no discernable click- just what is demanded for use in studios.
