Current Vacancy (April 2008): We are looking to recruit an accounts assistant to deal mainly with our purchase ledger. This involves entering purchase invoices, stock levels and making payments to suppliers. We operate a computerised accounts system and experience with Quickbooks 2008 Pro would be a benefit. Experience in the following would also be beneficial: Producing and submitting VAT returns Producing and submitting CIS returns Administering PAYE Working with multiple currencies and bank accounts (mainly GBP, EUR, USD and INR) This role is part time and we can be flexible on hours/days worked and some working from home may be possible.
